At my high school, we compete in a world-wide competition called Sasol Solar Calenge, where students are tasked with building a solar car that is able to drive from Pretoria to Cape Town. This year we are building a new car, and the story and ideas that I came up with will be uploaded here at the end of the year.
Not much I can say at the moment, but I had the idea of training an AI to program so that I didn't have to. This might have a small update around the middle of the year, but this project is one that only time can solve.
In 2023, me and my friend saw that there was a competition where you designed, built, and race your EV go-cart. In the next month, Part 1 of 3 of the project will be published on YouTube, talking about the design and problem solving involved.
Using motion sensors, esp32, and your phone's sensors, I plan to fully "smart" out my home. Turning on/off the light on an AC device just to save on power and make life just a bit easier. Updates will be given out in the near future.
As a South African I realized that everyone arguse about where is the best place to shop to save money, if its a friend a family member or who else they all seem to have a different perspective. My ideas to create a program that goes through all of the biggest grocery shops websites and grabs the price of each item the program then gets the shopping list from the user and compares the prices to each of the stores. The output of the program will then be the total cost and which shop you should go to and how much Rand you will save.
